1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We proudly deliver across Pakistan. Shipping rates and delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Delivery (Pakistan): 3–7 business days
• Express Delivery (selected cities): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service. We use trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, and Call Courier.

3. Free Delivery

We offer Free Delivery Nationwide on all orders unless otherwise stated during promotions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number and courier details. You can track your order on the courier’s website using that tracking ID.

5. Delays and Unexpected Circumstances

Delivery delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing your order. Adorable Hub is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packing your jewelry safely. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at adorablehub.work@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, Adorable Hub is not responsible for any loss or damage caused during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier company.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International delivery options will be added in the future.
