  • Delays caused by courier companies, customs, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order (only if the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging).
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged/faulty on arrival.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days after we receive and inspect the product.
